Alliance JobTrack

Alliance Specialties, Corp.

Messaging terms

These terms cover text messages only.

What you receive

One kind of message: a one-time code that signs you in to Alliance JobTrack. It expires in 15 minutes. There are no marketing messages, no reminders and no notifications — the system is not able to send you anything else.

How often

Only when you ask for it. A code is sent when you enter your own mobile number on the sign-in screen and request one — never on a schedule and never unprompted.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. The company does not charge you for these messages.

Stopping the messages

Reply STOP to stop receiving them, or ask the office to remove your number.

If you do, you will no longer be able to sign yourself in. You are not locked out: the office can issue you a code on their screen and read it to you, and you sign in with that. Say so to the office rather than being stuck at the door.

Help

Speak to the office. This system does not read replies to its messages, so a question sent back as a text will not reach anybody.

Your number is not shared

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile number is given only to the messaging provider that delivers your sign-in code. It is not sold, rented, or passed to anybody else, and it is never used to market anything to you.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
